    1. AI has many sorts of issues at the moment, moreover its very hard to train AI to act in accidents better than humans (at the moment).
      And Its a very complicated task to simulate all the possible situations on the road and their outcomes to train the AI properly. I think autonomous cars should avoid the accident by predicting its probability and taking appropriate actions IN ADVANCE or stop.
